It was Kim’s personal struggle with acne as a teen which inspired her to become a leader in paramedical skincare. Fascinated by the transformational aspect of skin therapy, Kim embarked on a degree in Cosmetic Dermal Science. Since then, she has been the recipient of multiple awards throughout her career, including Advanced Therapist of the Year, Clinic of the Year and more recently, appointed by the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) to mentor Dermal Science students in clinical practice.
For Kim, La Belle Peau is her second home where she is able to develop new dermal techniques, contribute towards the skin industry, pass on her knowledge to up and coming Dermal Therapists, and most importantly, help clients achieve optimal skin health. Her vision? To provide unrivalled, accessible skincare solutions that empower everyone she touches.

I started this business juggling every function. I was the scientist formulating the skincare solutions, I was the marketing and PR advocate attracting new clients and I was the accountant balancing the books.
Eleven years later, I still wear many hats throughout the day but I have an amazing team behind me that keeps me organised and continues to push the business to new heights. We are obsessed with learning and obsessed with being number one in skincare technology. Each and every day, our clients inspire us to innovate and deliver above and beyond.
